Pain? Stiffness? Back pain? Wrist pain? Shoulder pain? Arch pain? Headaches? Stress?I’ve helped so many clients with these issues with Thai bodywork’s mix of massage techniques and yoga stretching combined with trigger point release therapy!
Thai massage is one of the most gratifying type of bodywork a person can receive, IMHO. It combines compression with yoga stretches. It’s also the most effective treatment in pain relief. Thai massage is also known as “Lazy Man’s Yoga,” where the therapist stretches the client in yoga poses.
Each session is customized to the client’s comfort level and preference: gentle stretches or deep stretches with deep pressure. Thai massage is also great for people who are shy about getting a western massage at a spa. Thai massage is performed on the floor on a thick, comfortable cotton mat. Clients are asked to wear comfortable stretchy clothing when they come in for a session. Thus, they can stay warm, comfortable and enjoy the massage instead of worrying about draping.
I enjoy the work that I do knowing that I’m helping my clients to heal.
